The business to be transacted will be as follows:
27/318 To receive any apologies for absence
27/319 To make any Declarations of Interest
27/320 To consider any applications for Dispensations
27/321 To consider any Police matters (if police officers attend)
27/322 Public Participation – up to 10 minutes will be made available for members of the public to raise matters relevant to the business of the Parish Council:
(a) Members of the general public
(b) County and Borough councillors
27/323 To determine which items, if any, from the agenda should be taken with the public excluded. If the Parish Council decides to exclude the public, it will be necessary to pass a resolution in the following terms: “to consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) s1 to exclude members of the press and public in order to discuss item number ...” This item will then be discussed with the press and public excluded'

a) To approve the schedule of accounts presented for payment
b) To note the actual year-to-date income and expenditure against budget

27/009 Peak Cluster proposal – update
27/107 New Parish Council Website and Online Booking System
27/253 Roadmap of MUGA Ownership and inventory of items held with their condition and details of insurance cover
27/291 Motion from Cllr Melissa Drabble - That the Parish Council proceeds with a planning application for new play equipment at Dove Holes Park, using the available S106 funding, and serves the necessary notice on the landowner as part of the application
27/314 Motion from the Planning Committee - That it is in Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish’s best interest to continue moving forward with updating the current Neighbourhood Plan and suggests that the council advertise for volunteers from the public to aid with the updating of the Neighbourhood Plan.
27/328 To consider the response from the Applicant to the Parish Council’s planning comments on the proposed Miry Meadow development.
27/329 To consider arrangements for advertising the two casual vacancies and inviting applications for co-option.
27/330 To consider request for a memorial bench in Combs’ Playground with the potential to also install a new piece of playground equipment.
27/331 To consider funding request from The Mobile Physio.
27/332 To receive and note the Interim External Audit Report and Certificate 2025/26.
27/333 To receive any update from LGRC on the review and facilitation process.
27/334 To consider Chapel Christmas Light switch-on community event for 2026.
27/335 To consider holding a monthly meeting at Dove Holes Community Hall and to agree a suitable date.
