AGENDA

27/0193  To elect a Chair of the Committee for the year 2026/27.

27/0194  To elect a Vice-Chair for the year 2026/7.

27/0195  To receive apologies for absence

27/0196  To make any Declarations of Interest regarding items on the agenda.

27/0197  To agree any variation of order of business.

27/0198  To determine which items, if any, from the Agenda should be taken with the public excluded. If the    Parish Council decides to exclude the public, it will be necessary to pass a resolution in the following terms:  “to consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) s1 to exclude members    of the press and public in order to discuss item number ...” 

27/0199  Public Speaking: Up to   minutes will be made available for members of the public to raise matters relevant to the business of this Committee.

27/0200  To approve the minutes of the Finance & Assets Committee Meeting held on 24th April 2026.

27/0201 To consider Inviting Dove Holes Community Association to a meeting with the Committee to discuss working together for the benefit of the community.

27/0202 To consider the timing of the repayment of the HPBC loan.

27/0203 To consider the first quarter actual income and expenditure against budget.

27/0204 To consider the date of the next meeting.
