AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To make any Declarations of Interest regarding items on the agenda
3. To agree any variation of order of business
4. . 'To determine which items, if any, from the Agenda should be taken with the public excluded. If the Parish Council decides to exclude the public, it will be necessary to pass a resolution in the following terms: “to consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) s1 to exclude members of the press and public in order to discuss item number ...”
5. Public speaking:Up to 10 minutes will be made available for members of the public to raise matters relevant to the business of this Committee
6. To approve the minutes of the Committee Meeting held on 4th February 2025
7. To consider a course of action regarding the recent damp found on the front wall of the 47/49 Market Street
8. To consider increasing the Clerk’s spending authority level to £5,000.
9. To consider what should be included in the 5 year renewals and maintenance plan for the Parish Council’s assets.
10. To consider next step regarding flat vacancy.
11. To note that a condition survey on the Town Hall has been commissioned and to consider any actions that may be required prior to receipt of the report.
12. To consider any feedback received from the Insurance Risk Assessors visit.
13. To consider any feedback received from the engineer following the 5 year electrical review.
14. To consider whether any contingency procedure is required regarding failure of the central heating system in the Town Hall.
15. To review of Town Hall hire rates from 1st April and whether there should be a charge for storage.
16. To consider a date for the next meeting.
