I am writing to you to in respect of the above planning application. Which is due to be considered by the Development Control Committee on 20/04/2026 at 1.30 p.m. at Main Hall - Buxton Methodist Church, Chapel Street, Buxton SK17 6HX.
The Council has agreed to allow interested persons an opportunity to explain briefly their views in support of or against the application prior to the Committee’s consideration and determination of the application. Please note that there is a time limit of 3 minutes for representations to be made for and 3 minutes for representations to be made against the application. If there is more than one person wishing to speak for or against an application, you will be asked to share the time, or to appoint a spokesperson.
If you would like to register to speak at the meeting, please contact Democratic Services (Tel: 01298 28400 ex. 2139 or email democratic.services@highpeak.gov.uk by 5 pm on the Wednesday before the Committee meeting. A Member of the Democratic Services team will then provide you with advice and instructions on how you will be able to access the meeting.
