Public to have say on National Parks
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs are inviting views from the public on the future of National Parks and Areas of Outstanding National Beauty.
At the Parish Council Meeting on 6th November it was agreed that the Council would meet to consider a response to the consultation as the protection of the countryside around the Parish was considered important by local residents who engaged in the Neighbourhood Plan process.
The review is being led by Julian Glover and it is the chance for everyone who has an interest in the local landscape to have a say.
Details can be found on the DEFRA website and the consultation is open until 18 December 2018.
